the food here Is really good considering you also make it yourself and it's all you can eat. you also get rice, wraps, soup, and ice cream included in the price. The service is great the chefs are really fast and you get seat right away the waiters are also quick. I like how the place looks it is semi dark but not so much it is a nice ambience the buffet area can get messy due to a lot of people but they clean it overall it is a great place to eat it and I really enjoy ut every time I go!

This place is the bomb. Food is great, and if it's terrible it's because of YOU-- you made your plate. The service is what you'd expect. It's a buffet style restaurant, they get your drinks, rice, wraps, soups, and ice cream at the end. Flag them down if you need to, no big deal. They aren't gonna wait your tables like normal because you get your own food. The place ambiance is great, albeit the only people who are ruining it are other customers. Like move down so other people can put their bowls on the wall, stop being inconsiderate of others, and PAY ATTENTION. I love this place, it is great and wish I could come everyday.

It was very busy while I was there. The food was actually very good I was a little worried, but I really enjoyed that I was able to go back for seconds.

River is the hostess! She is the best! She made sure we were well taken care of.As we waited she kept letting us know how much longer. The food was to die for. The ladies made sure all the food was well stocked up in the pans and they kept the floor swept. Customers drop food. The only change I could see that needs to be made is all sauce bottles at the table and at the grill be labeled! This place is well managed ! We will be going back

I don't know why this place gets such a bad wrap. I used to go when Changs when I lived in Portland too and enjoyed it every time. They are open for dine in and allow you to serve yourself again, and I received wonderful service. If you're trying to eat healthy, you can't really go wrong here! I typically follow a low carb/ keto diet and you control EVERYTHING thing that goes on your plate at Changs.

My family and I recently had the opportunity to stop in at Chen's. We were absolutely blown away by how excellent the customer service, food, and prices were. Lauren up front was super hospitable, and Galina was incredible. After they took the time to explain how Mongolian BBQ worked in the time of Covid, Galina helped us with our orders. Other reviews mention that the setup is similar to Subway, and they were absolutely correct. Galina walked us through every phase, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so very friendly, welcoming, patient, funny, and professional. Had the food been terrible (it wasn't), we would've been back just to have seen her. You can't find people like her anymore--they are truly one in a million. Please, go eat here. Not just because they're local and could use it after the year we've all had, not because the food is delicious, but because you won't find a more welcoming, hospitable staff in the state.
